How an Off-Stamp vape is powered
Off-Stamp is a two-part system. The X-Cube battery is the rechargeable part you keep. The Crystal Cube flavor pods hold the e-liquid and snap onto the battery with magnets. The USB-C charging port is on the X-Cube battery, not the pod.
How to charge an Off-Stamp vape in 4 steps
- Find the USB-C port on the X-Cube battery.
- Plug in a USB-C cable and connect it to a basic wall adapter or a computer USB port. The pod can stay attached.
- Watch the screen. A charging animation shows it is charging, and the battery meter climbs as it fills.
- Unplug it once the battery is full.
How long does an Off-Stamp take to charge?
Most X-Cube batteries charge fully in about 30 to 60 minutes. A short top-up of 15 to 20 minutes is often enough to get you through the day.
What charger should I use?
- Any good-quality USB-C cable
- A basic wall adapter (2 A or less) or a computer USB port
- Avoid phone “fast” or “quick” chargers, which can overheat the battery
Can you charge an Off-Stamp pod without the battery?
No. Off-Stamp Crystal Cube pods have no charging port, so the only way to power them is through the X-Cube battery. Do not try to open a pod or wire it to a charger. That is not safe and can cause burns or a fire. If your battery is lost or dead, the fix is a new X-Cube kit, which costs less than most disposables.

- Unplug the cable and plug it back in firmly.
- Try a different USB-C cable and a different adapter or USB port.
- Gently clear lint from the port with a toothpick or dry cotton swab.
- If the battery charges but will not hit, take the pod off, wipe the contacts and snap it back on.
- If nothing works, the battery may be worn out. X-Cube batteries usually last many months of daily use.
