Eligibility for Returns

- Item is unused, sealed, and in original packaging (where applicable)
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used vape products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used vape devices or pods
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Replacements

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
