This Shipping Policy explains how PureCloudPods.com processes and delivers orders within the United States. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some states and cities restrict the sale or shipping of vape products, and we cannot ship to those areas. We only ship where the sale and delivery of vape products is allowed by law.
Age verification and adult signature
You must be 21 or older to purchase from PureCloudPods. We verify the age of every customer before shipping, and we may ask you to provide a valid government-issued photo ID. A signature from an adult aged 21 or older may be required on delivery. Orders that fail age verification will be cancelled.
Processing time
Orders are processed after payment is received and confirmed. Orders confirmed by 2 PM Central Time (CT) on a business day usually ship the same or next business day. We do not ship on weekends or US holidays.
Carriers and delivery times
We ship with UPS, FedEx or DHL, depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 24 to 48 hours after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. We will email you your tracking number once your order ships.
Lost, damaged or incorrect orders
If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, or tracking shows it was delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@purecloudpods.com. See our Refund and Returns Policy for more details.
